This is the place for you to discuss everything Claire! Emilie portrays the part of a young Australian mother, who at the time of a plane crash on a mysterious island is 8 months pregnant. Here is more info about her character:

Claire and Thomas broke up soon after she became pregnant about eight months before flight 815. A psychic, who at first refuses to see Claire, becomes concerned that her baby remain with its mother. Claire, at this point, has already decided to place the baby for adoption. The psychic pays Claire a large sum of money to travel to LA where he says there is a couple waiting to adopt the baby.

Once flight 815 crashes, Claire is stranded on the island with the other survivors, and is forced to keep the baby. While she is still pregnant, Claire is kidnapped by Ethan, but eventually escapes and returns. She gives birth to Aaron, who is soon kidnapped by Danielle before Sayid and Charlie recover him.

When Aaron becomes sick, Claire gets flashes of memories from when she was kidnapped. By now she is convinced the they did something to her baby, and is even more purswaded when the French woman tells her he's "infected" so she goes off in search for vaccine which she remembers seeing during her abduction. When she finds the "Medical hatch" it is abandoned and there's no vaccine. During the trip she remembers everyhting that happened to her. She was drugged, and through the course of the drugs, Ethan purswaded her to give him the baby, and she agrees. On the night that they were going to remove Aaron, a teenage girl rescues Claire and leads her out into the jungle, where she is found by the French woman and brought back to the camp. It turns out that the teenage girl is most likely Alex, Danielle's daughter.

On return to camp, and not finding any vaccine, Claire comes back to an almost prefectly healthy Aaron. How will this change everything for Claire, and the other survivors when they find out?
